WHAT WE OFFER
We offer families part-time and full-time nanny services, family assistants and household managers. We’re proud to match families with only the most qualified caregivers. Read on to learn more about our wide range of services and contact us to schedule a consultation.
NANNY
With many years of experience, each nanny from Puget Sound Nanny is well qualified. We guarantee your child will receive the best possible care. Our nannies provide a safe, nurturing environment. They are responsible for everything related to the child.
FAMILY ASSISTANT
Feel calm about leaving your child with an experienced family assistant knowing that they have the experience and certifications needed. Family assistants are there to assist with childcare needs as well as to assist with busy parent's needs. They also help with household duties to make the home run more smoothly.
HOUSEHOLD MANAGER
Each household manager from Puget Sound Nanny will provide the quality household management services that you need. Household managers keep all of the aspects of the employer's home running smoothly. While a household manager often performs many of the household tasks themselves, they also schedule and supervise outside vendors. Childcare is not usually performed in this role.

With many years of experience, our organizational management specialists offer expertise and solutions for all of your organizational projects and needs.
BACK UP CARE

On-Call is for families who are comfortable with us booking any nanny from our thoroughly vetted, on-call nanny pool.

Call to set up a phone consultation so that we can get to know you and your family a bit better.

Once you are in our system simply call or email us the details of your request including the date and time.

We will work on your request and email you a confirmation once we have booked a nanny for you.

We will only book a nanny for you that is qualified to work with your child’s age group.

Let us know if driving will be required on the job, if your child is sick or if a parent will be at home.

We require a 3-hour minimum for all of our on-call bookings.

Agency fees are non-refundable.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, the nanny must be paid for the 3-hour minimum.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have at least two years of professional childcare or household management experience.
Candidate's must have at least three excellent childcare or, household management references.
Ability to pass background check.
Must complete application and submit resume.
Candidate's must be at least 19 years of age.
Must be certified in CPR and first aid.
Non- Smoker, eligible to work in the United States, have a driver's license, auto insurance and a clean driving record.

We speak with you to find out more about your family, values, childcare philosophy, schedule and what you are looking for in a nanny.
CONTRACTING WITH THE AGENCY/MARKETING / RECRUITMENT
At this this time we collect a $500.00-dollar administrative fee. We compose a job posting. We post your position on various online platforms and search our nanny candidate pool.
PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW/SELECTION REVIEW
We conduct a preliminary interview with each applicant. We then present you with a file for each candidate that we feel would be the best fit for your family.
INTERVIEW
From the candidate files that we sent to you, you select the candidates that you would like to interview. We arrange the interviews with the candidates that you have selected.
HIRING
We are now at the point where you decide if you would like to hire one of the candidates. We do a thorough background and reference check on each candidate. Upon placement of the nanny we collect a $3000.00 dollar placement fee.

AGENCY FEES
Administrative fee: $500.00 (We collect this upon signing with the agency)
Placement fee: $3000.00 dollars (We collect this upon placement of the nanny)
*Payment plans are available.
Guarantee: We offer a 6-month guarantee. We will provide a replacement nanny without any additional fees, should the placement not be successful.
Back up care: For back up care we do collect a daily agency fee of $40.00 dollars. This is in addition to the hourly fee that you pay to the nanny.
