In today’s world, it’s not easy being a parent - and it’s even harder to find good, reliable, and affordable childcare. As a small boutique nanny agency, we can give our clients more personal attention than the larger agencies.
We conduct placements in Seattle, Tacoma, all east side areas and the greater Puget sound region.

We offer the families who work with us part and full-time nanny services, family assistants and household managers. We’re proud to match families with only the most qualified caregivers. Read on to learn more about our wide range of services and contact us to schedule an appointment.
PART TIME/FULL TIME NANNY
With many years of experience, each nanny from Puget Sound Nanny is well qualified. We guarantee your child will receive the best possible care. Our nannies provide a safe, nurturing environment. They are responsible for everything related to the child.
FAMILY ASSISTANT
Feel calm about leaving your child with an experienced family assistant knowing that they have the experience and certifications needed. Family assistants are there to assist with childcare needs as well as assist with busy parent's needs. They also help with household duties to make the home run more smoothly.
HOUSEHOLD MANAGER
Each household manager from Puget Sound Nanny is trained, certified and will provide the quality household management services that you need. Household managers keep all of the aspects of the employer's home running smoothly. While a household manager often performs many of the household tasks themselves, they also schedule and supervise outside vendors. Childcare is not usually performed in this role.
OVERNIGHT CAREGIVER

ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT
With many years of experience, our organizational management specialists offer expertise and solutions for all of your organizational projects and needs.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have at least two years of professional childcare or household management experience.
Candidate's must have at least three excellent childcare or, household management references.
Ability to pass background check.
Must complete application and submit resume.
Candidate's must be at least 19 years of age.
Must be certified in CPR and first aid.
Non- Smoker, eligible to work in the United States, have a driver's license, auto insurance and a clean driving record.

We speak with you to find out more about your family, values, childcare philosophy, schedule and what you are looking for in a nanny. At this time, we collect a $500.00 dollar non- refundable administrative fee.
MARKETING / RECRUITMENT
We post your position on various online platforms and search our nanny candidate pool.
SELECTION REVIEW
We present you with a file for each candidate that we feel would be the best fit for your family.
INTERVIEW
From the candidate files that we sent to you, you select the candidates that you would like to interview. We arrange the interviews with the candidates that you have selected.
HIRING
We are now at the point where you decide if you would like to hire one of the candidates. We do a thorough background and reference check on each candidate. Upon placement of the nanny we collect a $3000.00 dollar placement fee.

AGENCY FEES
Administrative fee: $500.00 (We collect this upon signing with the agency)
Placement fee: $3000.00 dollars ( We collect this upon placement of the nanny)
Guarantee: We do offer a 6-month guarantee. We will provide a replacement nanny, should the placement not be successful.
