Our founder, Carolyn, a former nanny herself, has the experience, insight and knowledge that is needed to make successful childcare placements.
Our mission: To ensure that we match you with a capable, professional and friendly caregiver who shares your family values.
In today’s world, it’s not easy being a parent - and it’s even harder to find good, reliable, and affordable childcare. As a small boutique nanny agency, we can give our clients more personalized attention than the larger agencies.
We conduct placements in King County, Pierce County, Thurston County, Snohomish County and Kitsap County.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have at least two years of professional childcare or household management experience.
Candidate's must have at least three excellent childcare or, household management references.
Ability to pass background check.
Must submit childcare resume.
Candidate's must be at least 19 years of age.
Must be certified in CPR and first aid.
Non- Smoker, eligible to work in the United States, have a driver's license, auto insurance and a clean driving record.

We speak with you to find out more about your family, values, childcare philosophy, schedule and what you are looking for in a nanny.
CONTRACTING WITH THE AGENCY/MARKETING / RECRUITMENT
At this time, we collect a $500.00-dollar administrative fee. We compose a job posting. We post your position on various online platforms and search our nanny candidate pool.
PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW/SELECTION REVIEW
We conduct a preliminary interview with each applicant. We then present you with a file for each candidate that we feel would be the best fit for your family.
INTERVIEW
From the candidate files that we sent to you, you select the candidates that you would like to interview. We arrange the interviews with the candidates that you have selected.
HIRING
We are now at the point where you decide if you would like to hire one of the candidates. We do a thorough background and reference check on each candidate. Upon placement of the nanny we collect a $3000.00 dollar placement fee.

Administrative fee: $500.00 (We collect this upon contracting with the agency)
Placement fee: $3000.00 dollars (We collect this upon placement of the nanny)
Summer Nanny Placement:
Administrative fee: $500.00 (We collect this upon contracting with the agency)
Placement fee: $1500.00 (Due upon placement of the nanny)
*Payment plans are available.
Guarantee: We offer a 6-month guarantee. We will provide a replacement nanny without any additional fees, should the placement not be successful.
